Doing so will help you improve the sequence of ideas and remove less important or nonessential parts. Using your outline, indicate the kind of multimedia that you will use to enhance your points. When inserting multimedia, you should be able to answer “yes” to the following questions Would a photograph or other type of illustration make this point easier for the audience to understand? Would a chart, a graph, an infographic, a map, or a diagram help clarify the points that you want to make? Will adding these multimedia elements help the audience have a better understanding of the topic?
