Since the beginning of the pandemic, weve all been hearing the phrase “new normal.” But the new normal weve been living and working in for the past one year is anything but normal.
Work has relocated to our homes, our personal lives have been upended, we have stopped shaking hands with strangers, travel has all but ceased, and regular day-to-day activities have mostly adapted to stay-at-home instructions as well as health and safety restrictions put in place around the world.
There have been a slew of advantages and fresh insights that have arisen as a result of this unforeseen circumstance, many of which will carry over into the next chapters of our professional lives once we are all back in a more formal corporate setting.
